Originally purchased as a lined sailaway by the previous owner in 2021 to be finished as a family home. She is offered for sale due to the current owner looking to down-size to a smaller vessel.

Accommodation

With dimensions of 11′ x 7’8″, the aft cruiser deck is spacious enough to host a small party! There is also ample storage in the wrap around lockers, a separate LPG locker with two gas bottles, deck access to the engine bay, batteries and heating systems, a port side helm position with a polyurethane gripped steering wheel, engine and bow thruster controls.
Double doors, a sliding hatch and wide steps lead into the accommodation-:
Galley – 9’3″ x 11’6″. Fitted base units on both sides of the boat with soft close cupboards and drawers, acrylic, marble effect work surfaces and a breakfast bar with two stools, an integrated washing machine, black acrylic sink and drainer with a chrome mixer tap, free-standing cooker and fridge/freezer, rectangular windows, side doors to starboard, wood effect laminate flooring.
Saloon – 9’6″ x 11’6″. Leading from the galley, a large L shaped sofa, two radiators, a multifuel stove on a tiled plinth with a double-skinned stainless steel chimney, rectangular windows, light grey carpet.

Welded steel plate – 10mm base plate, 6mm hull sides, 5mm cabin sides, 4mm cabin roof, integral steel handrails, side doors, white painted superstructure and black coach lines, white roof and epoxy coated hull, spray foam insulation, integral steel fuel tank, insulated stainless steel water tank, chrome framed windows and port holes with toughened glass, chromed dome vents, painted steel deck fittings, bow storage locker. New Titan bespoke black acrylic pram hood with windows, zipped panels and stainless steel frame.

Fireline FX5 multifuel stove, Shurejust 75L hot water calorifier, Webasto Thermo Top Evo 5kW diesel heater (hot water and central heating) with smart controller, Hotpoint LPG cooker, Lamona washing machine, fire extinguishers, fire blanket, CO alarm.

Engine(s)

Canaline 52hp 4 cylinder diesel engine, PRM 150 2:1 reduction gearbox coupled to a shaft drive. Single lever engine control, wheel helm, RPM, temperature, oil pressure and rudder gauges. Vetus 95kgf bow thruster with joystick control.
