‘Black Pearl’ is a very comfortable Collingwood wide beam with the benefit of two separate cabins, a large bathroom with double size shower, and an open plan galley and saloon. Originally purchased as a lined sailaway by the previous owner in 2021 to be finished as a family home. She is offered for sale due to the current owner looking to down-size to a smaller vessel.
This is an exciting opportunity and viewings can be arranged 7 days a week by prior appointment as this vessel is currently in use. Please note this vessel is not berthed at our marina and photographs were taken before personal items were moved on board.
Brokers Note: Following the fit-out, the vessel has undergone a detailed post-construction assessment and has been issued with an updated Declaration of Conformity to prove it complies with the Recreational Craft Regulations.
