Description

This 26 foot bilge keel sailing yacht had its hull and deck mouldings made by Colvic Craft with fit out to Atlanta 26 specification. The yacht has never been launched, originally stored in a barn and more recently ashore at the Marina.

The engine was purchased new from Volvo Penta and fitted by Newark Marina. There is a mast, rigging and sails included in the  inventory.  The majority of the fixtures and fittings are in place with a handful of jobs to be finished off.

Electrics - Fully fused system fitted to navigation lights, internal lights, engine control panel, 12v sockets and bilge pump
Plumbing - Sea toilet fitted,
Engine - Engine fitted by Newark Marina with new fuel tank

Plumbing - Sea toilet waste pipe required, galley sink sea cock needs fitting and exit pipe for bilge pump required.
Gas System - Gas pipe required from port locker to the cooker hob.
Electrics - Engine starter battery required.
Guard rails on deck and stanchions fitting.
Upholstery throughout

The trailer has not been serviced recently and is not included in the purchase price.  However if the buyer required a trailer it would be their responsibility to have it made roadworthy.  There is no extra cost for the trailer.
