Ex US military Admirals Launch, a very historic vessel, she has been lovingly restored by the current owner, it is believed it was the Admirals Barge *** stars decals were affixed to. She is roomy with good head height throughout, powerful engines and in excellent overall condition, would make a great ocean cruiser or possible livaboard. These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered. Register with Boatshed to see 69 extra photos of this Ex Admiralty Admirals Barge . My first impressions when I viewed the boat, was how clean and white the decks and gel coat were, all original. The current owners have had the boat for the last seven years, they've carried out a number of improvements. with new navigation equipment etc. A great boat that you can drive from inside the saloon when the rain comes down. The engine is serviced annually and was last done Spring 2019, the mooring is paid until the end of March 2020. This is one of the more popular bilge (twin fin) keel examples. British Hunter have always offered their boats both as complete boats and in kit form,... read more

The original KINGS CRUISER was a 28 had a fractional rig and was built of wood at the Strorebro yard in Sweden. In America, it was introduced at the NY Boat show of 1955. Approx. 600 were built and sold around the world. This, the later fiberglass version, the KINGS CRUISER 29,(introduced in 1968) and built by bo Shipyard of Finland and has a masthead rig. Of this latter version, 246 were built, primarily for export. This is a very pretty yacht, with a superb hull profile, with a Ballast of 1.4 tonnes @ a ratio of over 45% will clearly be a well performing stiff Yacht. A great sized cockpit... read more

The Sadler 29 is one of the unsinkable Sadlers, with twin GRP hull skins separated by closed cell foam buoyancy. These boats have an excellent reputation for handling and seaworthiness, and make good safe family cruisers with a turn of speed. The Sadler 29 has an excellent reputation for handling and vice-free performance, and an early example was the first production boat in class in the 1982 Round Britain race. 'Yachting Monthly' reviewed the design and commented "....It would be hard to find an easier boat to sail, and she feels as though she could cope easily with bad weather". This partic... read more

Boatshed Dartmouth are pleased to offer for sale this UFO 27. A popular yacht this example benefits from a 2010 Beta engine. A 2016 Survey found the Yacht to be "generally in a sound structural condition"....with "no major structural defects or significant equipment failures" The standing rigging was replaced in 2005 as well. The high freeboard and ton of lead keel provides a stiff ,well-mannered sail even in heavy weather. Equally at home club racing (this example has scored well when racing) or cruising the UFO 27 is a great all round yacht. These boat details are subject to contract. Note... read more

The owner is a professional boat builder and has built five of these ocean cruisers, purchasing the hulls (Tyler TG 37's), then completing the build to a high specification, from a boat yard in Exmouth, this particular one the owner has sailed across the Atlantic three times. The boat is solid and built for long passages. The engine is exceptional, a 4 cylinder, 2 litre, with a Bulk Warner gear box. Claire Francis sailed one of these round the world. The Ohlson 38 has an enviable reputation for seaworthiness, speed and good sea motion. She also one of the very few boats that can lie ahull a... read more

NEW ENGINE FITTED NOW-The Corby 25 is a fast sailing racing boat, it is built and designed to sail with great upwind performance. Corby 25s are typically of GRP hull construction, fitted with a fin keel and bulb and a spade rudder. Due to her relative high weight (2t) 50 % in the keel, the Corby 25 is very stiff, holding all sails up to 20 knots true wind, she reaches an apparent upwind angle of about 17 degrees and therefore has an ability to sail higher than most of her competitors. This example is going through a refurbishment and is 90% finished, the owner has bought a new engine and is ju... read more

I was really impressed with how much this boat had to offer, she oozes character with lots of wood down below, port holes, wooden ships wheel and lots of brass, with a good sleeping layout, galley and heads, she has everything you need, with the added bonus of the cockpit enclosure you have quite a bit of space to enjoy, she would benefit from a good clean up but definitely has lots of potential, owner has bought a bigger boat and is keen to sell. In 2009 Yachting Monthly review said: "This phenomenally successful little 19ft weekender is cruised and raced as a class in several countries. Her success is down to good looks, genuine trail-ability, an easily managed rig, usable two-berth accommodation and a generous application of the fun factor. She has a big, open cockpit and a secure anchor well in the foredeck, and contains enough foam buoyancy to be unsinkable." The Cornish Shrimper 19 is Crabbers most popular model with classic styling that appeals to sailors from any generation and a build quality that has led to her reputation as ... read more

A really good, fast sailing boat, well equipped with an excellent engine with low hours, would suit a couple, family or a single hander possibly. The boat is due her annual lift out and would benefit from a good clean all round, the owner has a newer sail cover and spray hood, which he intends to put on after the winter period. These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered. Register with Boatshed to see 60 extra photos of this Sea Wolf 26 .
